It's A Small World ~ Ginny's Second Birthay Party

For Ginny's second birthday we decorated with our house with paper dolls of kids from around the world and rainbow flags from last year's birthday party.

She had a key lime birthday cake decorated to look like the earth (turns out Todd is a pro cake decorator :)

We had food from around the world- sushi, quesadillas, hummus, quiches, pretzels & beer dip, and for dinner hot dogs on the grill (Ginny's favorite :)

We borrowed a parachute from Aunt Jamie and a bag of a 100 little balls. This was a huge hit. The kids had a blast shaking around the parachute and throwing the balls back on.

And after the kids had all wandered away to check out the tiny crabs on the beach at low tide, the parents had some fun of their own.

Ginny knew all about presents this year and opened them like a pro.

As a special treat we had homemade Orange Juliuses to drink
